What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out may be available based on occupancy. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend booking the night before.
What are the front desk & lobby hours?
The front desk and lobby are open 24/7.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
We are non-smoking property. Smoking area and trash can are set up by the EV chargers in the parking lot.
Do the rooms have Wi-Fi? Is it free?
Yes, Wi-Fi is included with your destination fee. High-speed internet is available wirelessly across the property and is complimentary for all registered guests.
Can my luggage be stored at the hotel?
Yes, we’re happy to hold your luggage for you.
Can you receive and hold my packages at the hotel?
Yes, please ensure that the name on the packages matches the name on your reservation.

Yes. A destination fee of $45 per day, plus applicable taxes, is charged per room.

Yes, all guest rooms include a private restroom.
Can a cot or crib be supplied in my room if I am traveling with an infant?
While we do not offer cots, we can provide cribs or pack n’ plays, based on availability. We can also provide high chairs upon request.

Yes, our Grand Suite is ADA accessible.

Yes, our Grand Suite is ADA accessible, and our rear entrance offers ADA access as well.
Do you offer breast milk storage for parents? Can I arrange a milk-safe fridge during my stay?
Each room includes either a full-size refrigerator or a mini fridge for storing personal items.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation policies vary by season:
- Off-season: Cancel at least 3 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
- In-season: Cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
Room rates are subject to applicable sales and local taxes. All reservations require a credit card deposit of 50% of the stay due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival. Non-refundable booking, the full deposit is taken at the time of the booking.
How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Reservations made through third-party booking sites must be modified or canceled through that provider. For direct bookings, please contact our front desk for assistance.
Do you have an early departure fee?
You may modify your stay within the cancellation period. However, if the stay is shortened after the cancellation period has ended, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

Yes. Guests must present a valid photo ID at check-in.
Is there an age requirement to check into a room?
